How long are documents stored?
Drafts and unsigned requests are deleted after 30 days. Completed documents and their signing data are deleted seven days after signing.
What documents is it designed for?
It is intended for straightforward contracts and business agreements used by landlords, builders, trades, service businesses, freelancers and other small organisations. It is not designed for wills, property transfers, deeds requiring witnesses, powers of attorney, or regulated identity checks.
